Here is my Basics booklet.

It contains safety items as well as intro to print items that may prove useful

I also have a wealth of other background materials if anyone is interested.

As promised at the T&I meeting I have completed a safety notebook containing;
OSHA Hazmat -31 pages
MSDS
Treasury web pages
Fire safety
GATF sheetfed textbook safety chapter
Grainger Supply list (with part numbers)
Books & web sites
misc useful items

All of this is in PDF format except the GATF pages where you have to buy the book yourself (copyrights you know).

This should make your curriculum organization much easier as all you need is a printer and a credit card.


I also am close to having a new and improved “math book” that has over 80 pages of useful info beyond just math. It will provide an excellent introduction to aspects of the printing industry. It too will include labs, tests, and related useful items.
It will be available in PDF and perhaps in print. Again it should help with adding consistency to our curriculums
