What do you do in the Graphic Communications Industry?
Instructor in Digital Publishing. Consult with former and current students on freelance projects. Also do the production of a non-profit seniors games here in Austin, TX.
Explain a bit about yourself.
Production artist/designer, Fine Arts Degree from Sam Houston. Teaching for 14 years, prepress, InDesign, Photoshop and some Illustrator. Section leader for Graphic Arts Technology degree program within Visual Communications, Austin Community College.

It would be hard for each state to match the national contest because of equipment availability and time. A lot of state contests are only one day long and during this time students have orientation, compete, debriefing and the contest must be score for a awards ceremony the same night.See More
