Virginia Printing Foundation announces 2010 Scholarship Awards
The Virginia Printing Foundation is pleased to announce the following scholarship awards for 2010:
Student Scholarship Winner: Walter Alvarado has been awarded $750 toward his college education. A student at CS Monroe Technology Center and Park View High School, he has served an internship with ColorCraft of Virginia in pre-press, press and bindery. It would be hard for each state to match the national contest because of equipment availability and time. A lot of state contests are only one day long and during this time students have orientation, compete, debriefing and the contest must be score for a awards ceremony the same night.See More
